TRA launches redesigned website

In April 2026, TRA launched a redesigned website built to better serve members. The new site brings meaningful improvements to accessibility, navigation, and the ways members can connect with TRA online.

What's new on the site

  • Improved accessibility — The new site meets updated accessibility standards, making content easier to find and use for all members. Improvements include better screen reader support, improved color contrast, and a more consistent, keyboard-friendly experience throughout the site.
  • Redesigned navigation — A cleaner structure reduces the number of steps it takes to find what you're looking for. Key resources are easier to locate, whether you're a new member just getting started or a longtime member looking for a specific resource.
  • Brand new events calendar — TRA events are now organized in a dedicated calendar space.

What to know

Updates for TRA members

  • myTRA did not change. The member portal remains the same — same sign-in process, same experience.
  • Real-time chat is not available on the public website, but it remains accessible in myTRA during business hours after you sign in.
  • Videos are not included in this launch — stay tuned as these return better than ever in the months ahead.

  • The link to the TRA secure employer portal will be easier to find.
  • The site will continue to feature guidance on working with TRA.
  • Look for updated step-by-step instructions for completing common tasks.
