Accessing files from myTRA
Individuals with myTRA online accounts can access, download, and complete a variety of forms to manage aspects of their TRA membership and benefits. Once completed, forms are returned to TRA by mail, via fax, or through the document upload portal in myTRA.
Additionally, TRA stakeholders can find informational documents and annual updates in their myTRA accounts.

While most of TRA’s documents are provided to stakeholders exclusively through myTRA, the following files are posted to this site:

- beneficiary designation forms,
- power of attorney forms,
- tax forms, and more.
These materials are available in myTRA for individuals who are receiving disability benefit payments:
- annual increase letters (if applicable),
- beneficiary designation forms,
- power of attorney forms,
- tax forms, and more.
These materials are available in myTRA for designated beneficiaries entitled to TRA benefits following the deaths of plan participants:
- annual increase letters (if applicable),
- direct deposit agreements,
- tax forms, and more.
